As the Head of Sales and Customer Success Operations, you will lead a team of 5, overseeing Salesforce, Hubspot, Certinia, and Zendesk. You will develop the RevOps tech stack and supporting functions for sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
You will be the face of the business for our systems, and stakeholder management is just as important as technical knowledge. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a strategy for the platform, supporting the overall Digital Strategy, and working towards the realisation of our target Enterprise Architecture.
Required skills include demonstrable experience with the Salesforce platform, solution architecture, process improvement, stakeholder analysis, and supplier relationship management. Team management experience and proficiency in Agile working practices are also essential.
