Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at BuildingMinds. As a key member of our Customer Relations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences and outcomes for our customers.
About the Role- You will proactively manage dedicated accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
- You will identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to existing customers, aligned with new product releases.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ideally be a native German speaker, and possess a strong understanding of business management principles.
