Customer Success Manager for E-Commerce Brands

We're a dynamic company, DemoUp Cliplister, revolutionizing content creation and digital asset management for over 3,000 brands. Our innovative approach combines services with a state-of-the-art platform, making us a key player in Europe's retail landscape.
As a Customer Success Manager for our top e-commerce clients, you'll be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our solution to meet their needs.
The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a SaaS company, excellent communication skills in German and English, and a proven track record of success. If you're passionate about building customer relationships and driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our solution and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of work experience in B2B sales in a SaaS company.
- Past experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and listening skills.
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
