Customer Marketing Leader

We're Talon GmbH, a leading innovator in customer-centric solutions. We're seeking an exceptional Customer Marketing Leader to spearhead our efforts in retaining and growing our customer base.
This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement and loyalty, contributing significantly to our business's overall success and growth. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase customer retention and engagement.
You'll collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to ensure alignment with post-sale revenue goals and work with the wider marketing team to create integrated campaigns that highlight our customer success stories. Your expertise will also be crucial in establishing a robust program to showcase customer experiences through case studies and success stories.
As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer retention and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty initiatives.
- Design and implement data-driven advocacy programs to foster strong relationships between customers and our product team.
- Create engaging content and campaigns to promote our customers' success stories and showcase the value of our solutions.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop resources that empower customers to maximize the value of our platform.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our product team, ensuring that customer insights and feedback are incorporated into our product roadmap.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in customer marketing and advocacy programs. You should be an analytical and creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for storytelling.
Your experience in executing ROI-driven marketing and post-sale demand generation programs will be essential in helping us achieve our business objectives. Additionally, your ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Success, and Sales, will be critical in driving our company's growth.
