Customer Service Ambassador for Global Content Distribution

We are a leading multi-channel network operating in over 25 markets worldwide, specializing in music, film, and television distribution.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per yearKey Responsibilities:- Promptly address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat from both internal and external customers.
- Maintain open communication with retail partners regarding delivery status through various channels.
- Identify customer needs, gather information, research issues, and provide solutions.
- Proactively follow up on necessary communications to ensure timely resolutions.
- Keep supervisors informed of all delivery activities and any issues that may arise.
- Engage in continuous learning to improve knowledge and performance.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, retail partners, delivery teams, and supervisors.
- Experience working effectively with diverse populations, including different backgrounds and races, and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with active listening in Czech or Dutch.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and other operational systems.
- Ability to work independently, make quality decisions with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and flexibility concerning working hours.
