Business Development Executive Lead

We are looking for a Business Development Executive Lead to drive business growth and revenue expansion at Motius GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating external support partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and qualify potential new customers through market research and analysis
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across various media channels (phone, email, social media)
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance business growth
To succeed in this role, you should have initial experience in lead generation, customer service, or inside sales in a B2B environment, preferably in consulting or tech start-ups. A commercial training or degree in Business Administration, TUM-BWL, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or similar is also essential. Strong communication skills in German and English are required, as well as a confidence in dealing with various stakeholders.
