Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive Lead to drive business growth and revenue expansion at Motius GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating external support partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify and qualify potential new customers through market research and analysis
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across various media channels (phone, email, social media)
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance business growth
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have initial experience in lead generation, customer service, or inside sales in a B2B environment, preferably in consulting or tech start-ups. A commercial training or degree in Business Administration, TUM-BWL, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or similar is also essential. Strong communication skills in German and English are required, as well as a confidence in dealing with various stakeholders.
