About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to lead our Direct to Consumer Business Development efforts in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the reach and revenue of our DTC TV streaming platform
  • Lead a team of Business Development Managers to drive innovation and development of the DTC business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders to drive growth and revenue
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in Business Development or Strategy with operational experience
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Business fluent in German and English
