About the Role:

Festo Didactic SE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative for Technical Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in the technical sales area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technical sales area
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Provide sales support and training to internal teams and customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium, bzw. Techniker bzw. Meister im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektro- oder Automatisierungstechnik, idealerweise aufbauend auf eine Ausbildung in einem der Fachgebiete
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Außendienst und im Bereich technischer Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie exzellente Team-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Applikationen und weiteren IT-System (z. B. CRM-System)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
