National Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to plan, manage, improve, and control sales activities for national key accounts and complex customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in sales and project management.
The major tasks of this role include:
- Analyzing key accounts to identify actual and future turnover potentials for Festo through indirect channels.
- Developing account management plans and coordinating their execution based on team selling.
- Developing mid- and long-term strategies for key accounts, focusing on standardization of technology, customer relationships, and customer-specific products.
- Responsible for achieving agreed sales targets and monitoring turnover development.
- Negotiating local contracts and preparing and implementing international contracts.
- Managing and supporting international projects with key accounts.
- Ensuring maximum cooperation with and between account teams and other departments within Festo.
The ideal candidate will have a technical study in Electric Automation, Process Engineering, or Mechatronics, and postgraduate study in Technical Business or Business Administration is a plus. Fluency in English is required, and experience in Festo and the industry segment area is preferred.
