Head of Product Development for Electric Actuators

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Electric Actuators product line, working closely with our international teams to drive innovation and growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the development of our Electric Actuators product portfolio, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and growth in the Electric Actuators market, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
- Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve business objectives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with product line management and project management to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to ensure effective collaboration and mutual understanding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and methods to drive business growth and innovation.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed technical studies, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation or a comparable degree.
- Several years of experience in product development and management, ideally in an international company.
- Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of delivering business results.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the Electric Actuators market, with a passion for innovation and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and languages.
