Bei Visometry GmbH, einem Pionier für industrielle Augmented Reality (AR), suchen wir einen engagierten Kundensupport-Leiter, der unsere Kundenbetreuung zu noch höheren Niveaus führen wird. Die Rolle ist Teil unseres dynamischen Customer Support / Success Teams und bietet die Möglichkeit, eine Vielzahl von Herausforderungen anzugehen und Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Betreuung unserer Kunden auf Level 1 und übernehmen die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Unterstützungsanfragen. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • First-Response: Sie beantworten Fragen und Anfragen von Kunden, Interessenten, Partnern und Resellern auf Level 1
  • Support-Angebot: Sie organisieren Support-Calls und unterstützen Kunden remote
  • Vertrauenswürdiger Partner: Sie koordinieren interaktiv mit unserem Team und sorgen dafür, dass der reibungslose Informationsfluss zum Kunden aufrechterhalten wird

Zum Erfolg in dieser Rolle gehören:

  • IT-Hintergrund: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt IT
  • Teamplayer: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten und souveränem Auftreten
  • Erfahrung: Einschlägige Erfahrung im Support und/oder Schulung von Anwendern, vorzugsweise im Bereich B2B Software
