Your Role

As a Technical Customer Success Specialist, you will provide technical consulting to the Customer Success team, ensuring a relief for operational departments in handling technical requests and customer subjects. You will also support the Incident Coordinator function within the local incident process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in customer meetings to raise the efficiency of customer requests processing.
  • Ensure timely responses in case of incidents and act as the main source of support for the Incident Manager.
  • Ensure efficient communication with customers, measurable through internal systems (e.g., response time, resolution time, and further KPIs).

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualifications in electrical systems and equipment.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Service Support in the Data Center industry with deep technical systems knowledge.
  • Fluent in business and technical English and German.
  • Expert in technical data center operations (e.g., maintenance, repairs, processes, systems).
  • Skilled in data center industry knowledge.
  • Proven teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persistent in solving customer requests and problems.
