Technical Support Role

As a Technical Support Specialist at OVHcloud, you will be part of the CCO Department, responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers worldwide. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with the use of our cloud products and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to customer technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Conduct remote technical sessions to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and provide regular updates.
  • Participate in the development of internal procedures and documentation.
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer satisfaction by providing high-quality technical support.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent German and basic technical English required.
  • Knowledge of Linux, VMware, network, hardware, virtualization, and software.
  • SQL, web, DRP, scripting, and Kubernetes skills a plus.
