Customer Support Representative - German Speaker

We are seeking a skilled German language customer support representative to join our team at DailyStaffWorks Germany. As a customer support specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in need of assistance with their mobile devices and accounts.

About the Role:

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for mobile devices, including iOS and MacOS.
  • Assist customers with account management, password recovery, and hardware-related issues.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support teams.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C1 level or higher).
  • Advanced English knowledge.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior customer support experience is an asset.
