Pandora Jewelry Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking customer support representative to join our team at Teleperformance, working closely with Pandora, the world's most loved jewelry brand.
As a customer support specialist, you will be the voice of Pandora, helping customers navigate their jewelry experiences and providing exceptional service to build brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, product information, and order-related issues in German.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide informed support.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, driving business growth and revenue.
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and basic English skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rotating shifts and overtime.
- Previous customer support experience, preferably in a call center or B2C environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn.
