About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Marketplace Team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our Selling Partners, driving business growth, and expanding our product offerings across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with our Selling Partners, leveraging Amazon's services and tools to help them grow their businesses internationally.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners, providing guidance and support to help them set up and optimize their Amazon businesses.
  • Performance Analysis: Develop and report on key performance indicators for your Selling Partner portfolio, providing insights and recommendations to drive performance improvements.
  • Seller Satisfaction: Obtain ongoing feedback from Selling Partners to assess performance against objectives and drive seller satisfaction with Amazon.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English: Excellent communication and language skills are essential for this role.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business development principles, sales strategies, and market trends.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the e-commerce or retail technology industry.
