About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Channel Business Manager EMEA to join our team at Unicon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for expanding our sales network in EMEA and developing strategies to drive growth through our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement channel growth strategies to expand our sales network in EMEA
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, resellers, and C-level executives
  • Develop and execute business plans with partners to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct sales training and support marketing activities and campaigns
  • Identify and develop a promising pipeline of potential projects with partners
  • Optimize partner management processes to drive efficiency and growth
  • Design and plan regular co-marketing initiatives with partners
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, including product management, support, sales, and marketing

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B and IT channel management or equivalent professional experience in business development or as a strategic alliance manager
  • Experience in end-user computing or a comparable environment, with knowledge of the SaaS area and a network of strategic partners in the IT channel
  • Ambitious and persistent in pursuing goals, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, empathy, and communication skills
  • Business fluent in English
