Business Development Manager for Embedded Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to strengthen our customer relationships and expand our technical sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the embedded systems market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the embedded systems industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research
  • Represent Infineon Technologies at industry events and conferences
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the embedded systems industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
