About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Channel Business Manager EMEA to join our team at Unicon. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for expanding our channel business in EMEA and developing strategic partnerships with distributors and resellers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our sales network in EMEA, including acquisition, onboarding, and development of distributors and resellers.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop business plans and implement them together.
  • Conduct sales training and support marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Identify and develop a promising pipeline of potential projects with partners.
  • Continuously develop our partner model to create a basis for further growth with our partners.
  • Optimize partner management processes and build relationships with key stakeholders up to C-level on the partner side.
  • Maintain activities in our CRM system to optimize coordination.
  • Design and plan regular co-marketing initiatives with partners in consultation with our channel marketing team.
  • Closely coordinate with our product management, support, sales, and marketing teams internally.
  • Support partners in go-to-market activities, customer meetings, and product presentations.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B and IT channel management or equivalent professional experience in business development or as a strategic alliance manager with OEMs, distributors, and resellers.
  • Experience as a channel manager in end-user computing or a comparable environment, knowledge of the SaaS area, and a network of strategic partners in the IT channel, especially in DACH, UKI, Nordics, Western, or Southern Europe.
  • Ambitious and persistent in pursuing goals, confident self-presentation, and ability to inspire others and build close relationships.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, empathy, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to support partners and customers on site.
  • Business fluent in English.
