About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned CRM professional with hands-on experience in eCommerce to join our high-growth concept. You will collaborate closely with our Product Manager to create targeted campaigns, leveraging your analytical skills to convert raw data into actionable plans.
- Design and implement comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze email performance metrics and refine campaign strategies accordingly.
- Develop innovative customer engagement initiatives that enhance loyalty and retention.
- Utilize storytelling techniques to articulate the LUMAS brand and artist narratives.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in CRM and eCommerce. Key qualifications include:
- 3-4 years of hands-on CRM experience in eCommerce.
- An analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis and conversion.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities.
- Eagerness to step out of junior roles and take on more responsibilities.
- Bilingual fluency in German and English.
