Job Title: Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Mid-Market team at Infotree Global Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strong results in software sales, preferably in creative or document products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and close business with target accounts by selling digital media products.
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of named accounts.
  • Provide consultative sales support, guiding clients through the contract and migration process.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage client relationships using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Create and execute effective sales strategies, identifying opportunities from customer challenges.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to deliver optimal sales outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in software sales, with a preference for creative or document product experience.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding an annual sales quota of at least USD 0.5m, with confidence handling renewals of USD 50k+.
  • Demonstrated experience growing named accounts and working with channel partners.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, methodologies such as Value Selling or MEDDICC, and CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in French, Italian, and English is essential.
