Our Marketing & Growth Team, affectionately known as 'The Genies,' has established our ToolTime brand in the craftsmen market. As a key driver of this team, the Partnerships function forges strategic alliances and unlocks growth opportunities, pushing the digitalisation of the craftsmen industry forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Explorer: Identify, evaluate, and develop new growth channels, focusing on collaborative opportunities with key players in our industry.
  • Owner: Initiate and drive forward partnership projects, collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Operator: Evaluate existing go-to-market initiatives, develop recommendations for growth impact, and implement them with your team.
  • Sparring Partner: Support the Head of Partnerships in preparing and navigating major strategic partnerships with large companies.
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Analyze market opportunities, find new growth levers, and drive new go-to-market opportunities.
  • Growth: Motivated to be part of our mission and work in a fast-growing organisation.
  • Communication: Enthusiastic about software technology and comfortable communicating with senior decision-makers.
  • Curiosity: Passionate about work and eager to learn and develop in a competitive environment.
  • Experience: Successfully graduated from university with experience in a start-up environment a plus.
  • Language: Native-level German and fluent English.
