About the Role

As a Strategic Business Growth Manager for Pro Audio Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion for The Focusrite Group. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue across the DACH, France, and Benelux territories.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their audio requirements are met with the best solutions from The Focusrite Group.
  • New Business Development: Identify and exploit new business opportunities, expanding our presence in key vertical markets and beyond.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the EMEA sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of the professional audio industry and market trends.
