About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success and Business Development Associate to join our team at nnamu GmbH.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sector. They should be eager to learn about procurement practices, game theory, and AI.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customer onboarding and adoption by ensuring seamless transition and maximum value from our product.
  • Aid in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer-facing products, including AI-enabled solutions.
  • Provide ad-hoc customer support through various channels.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to assist customers in utilizing our platform effectively.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team and other departments to ensure a unified approach to achieving customer value.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience:
  • Degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or a related role.
