Customer Advocate France

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Advocate to join our team at the Allright Group. As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our French clients, communicating with airlines and external law firms, and working on a variety of tasks such as case assessment and email responses.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Care: Provide top-notch customer service to our French clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Collaborate with airlines and external law firms to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Task Management: Work on a range of tasks, including case assessment, email responses, and other administrative duties.
- Process Optimization: Contribute to the optimization of our operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new ideas.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with our internal Legal Team and French partner law offices to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Consumer Protection Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of consumer protection laws and regulations, with the ability to quickly grasp new and complex topics.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, airlines, and external law firms.
- Independence and Motivation: Work independently and reliably, with a high level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
- Language Skills: Possess excellent proficiency in French, with a strong command of English, and German as a plus.
