Commercial Category Lead

At SharkNinja, we're looking for a talented Commercial Category Lead to drive strategic growth and optimize our category performance. As a key member of our global team, you'll be responsible for analyzing market trends, sales data, and customer performance to inform commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Leadership
- Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align commercial plans and achieve category objectives.
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial reviews to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Growth and Expansion
- Identify opportunities to enter new markets and channels, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize product portfolio management, pricing, and SKU additions or discontinuations.
- Ensure optimal product assortment and merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Category Management
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our consumer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new products and product lines that meet consumer demands.
- Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and margin improvement strategies to optimize category performance.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in category or commercial management.
- Fluent English and German.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and critically about commercial decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and coordinate cross-functional teams.
