Your Role with Us
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Utilize Target Account-Based Selling and Challenger Sale methodologies to craft tailored sales strategies, identifying key decision-makers within pharmaceutical companies.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, using a consultative approach to align Temedica's solutions with clients' needs.
  • Achieving Revenue Goals: Drive revenue growth by building a robust sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with pharmaceutical stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure a deep understanding of clients' objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver comprehensive, tailored solutions, ensuring smooth integration and client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence and Reporting: Stay informed about industry trends, providing regular updates on sales activity and market feedback to guide strategy and product development.
What You Bring to the Table

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in B2B sales within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in selling SaaS solutions, digital health products, and consulting services.
  • Sales Methodology Expertise: Proficiency in Target Account-Based Selling and Challenger Sale methodologies, demonstrating the ability to execute structured sales processes effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's product development, regulatory environment, and the full commercial drug life cycle.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging with various stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Consultative Selling: Ability to adopt a consultative approach to identify client challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Proven expertise in establishing long-term, value-driven relationships with clients.
