About the Role

Amazon Ads is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our European team. As a key member of our Adapt team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across Amazon Ads by providing seamless sales support and ensuring continuity and effectiveness in sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales support to drive revenue growth across Amazon Ads
  • Travel within Germany and across EU5 to support customers and drive sales
  • Generate advertising revenue through objective-led selling across Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions
  • Influence buying decisions to drive increased revenue from existing advertisers and new revenue streams
  • Establish credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision makers
About the Team

Amazon Adapt is a program designed to offer coverage solutions for business gaps that may occur due to extended leave or unexpected account transitions. Our team deploys highly skilled, hyper-agile talent to ensure customers can continue to invest in their partnerships with Amazon Advertising, uninterrupted.

Requirements
  • Experience building client and agency relationships
  • Experience closing sales and revenue generation
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Previous experience working in e-commerce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
  • Experience with TV/STV/Video ad sales or agency
  • Knowledge of digital marketplace and understanding of the video competitive landscape
