Sales Development Manager for Italian Market

Company OverviewKoRo is a fast-growing start-up that has expanded beyond its online presence, pushing into the stationary trade across Europe. We are committed to making our products available in retail stores all over the continent and continuously adding new partners. As a Sales Development Manager for Italy, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal.
Job Responsibilities- Provide personal support and care to key customers and develop their relationships
- Optimize sales processes to ensure the best supply of products and services to customers
- Realize customer- and territory-related sales and turnover targets
- Conduct annual reviews and market analyses
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Operations, Product Development, and Management teams
- Create and manage controlling (e.g., performance reporting) for your customers
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience dealing with key accounts, preferably in the Italian food sector. You should also possess excellent analytical skills and experience in controlling. Additionally, you should be proficient in both Italian and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
