International Sales Development Associate

A 1-year trainee program designed for ambitious individuals looking to kick-start their career in international sales and business development.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the craftsman market in France, identifying potential customers, and generating inbound leads for our software solution, HERO. Under the guidance of experienced sales professionals, you will learn how to conduct online product demonstrations, showcase HERO's value to prospective clients, and manage initial go-to-market activities.
As you progress through the program, you will take on more responsibility in closing deals, supporting customer onboarding, and gathering feedback to help refine our product-market fit.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in sales processes, customer engagement, and international business while working closely with marketing, product, and service departments.
Your Superpowers- You have recently completed a degree in sales, business, economics, marketing, or a related field, and you're eager to start your career in sales.
- You have gained some initial experience in a sales or business development role (through internships, part-time jobs, or student projects).
- You are fluent in English and bring native language skills in French to the table - both written and spoken.
- You're an excellent communicator and feel comfortable interacting with customers via email, phone, and video conferences.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to contribute ideas and take initiative within the team.
- You are excited to collaborate with marketing and product teams to better understand how to position our product and communicate its value to potential clients.
- A competitive salary: €45,000 per year.
