Through extensive research and feedback from travel agents, tour operators, and travel management companies worldwide, we have created a user-friendly and multifunctional online booking platform tailored to any business needs.

By integrating over 650 suppliers of flights, hotels, car rentals, transfers, tour packages, cruises, trains, buses, activities, and more, we offer clients the best rates on travel services. We continuously strive to expand our inventory and are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in various markets.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a strong background in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience, preferably in a bed bank or travel consolidator, or a related sector. This is a remote work position that requires the candidate to be a native speaker and preferably have prior recorded achievements in business development within the travel industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple markets, including:

  • GCC Area (UAE, Bahrain, Oman)
  • Cyprus, Türkiye, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq
  • Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Palestine
  • India, Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal
  • USA, Maldives, Singapore
Main Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Analyze market conditions, competitors, and customer needs to design effective business strategies.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify and acquire new clients through strategic networking, face-to-face meetings, and relationship building.

Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied and leveraging high retention levels.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Prepare and deliver convincing sales presentations and proposals to clients.

Negotiate and drive the closure of contracts and deals.

Requirements

Experience:

A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably from bed banks, travel consolidators, or relevant sectors.

Proven business development and sales track record.

Skills:

Excellent understanding of the travel industry and market changes.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.

Full proficiency with CRM systems.

Language:

Native level of regional language.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
