About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our portfolio company in Berlin, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating seamless trade between buyers and suppliers on our innovative supply chain platform.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong Italian language skills and verbal and written communication skills in English are also essential.

About the Company: Our portfolio company is a trailblazing supply chain platform that has redefined the way large construction material orders are sourced, distributed, and financed. With a mission to unlock the vast potential of cross-border supply for the Western Market, we provide access to high-quality construction materials at a global scale through our proprietary platform technology.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers
  • Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process
  • Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions
  • Conduct regular analysis of trade data and provide insights to enhance trading strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships
  • Address concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution
  • Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

About You: To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, with prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management. Excellent Italian language skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English are also essential.

What We Offer: As a member of our team, you can expect an attractive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. You will also benefit from a bonus and incentive program, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
