About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development & Partner Manager to join our team at Personalberatung ANGEHEUERT GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding our international network in the robotics sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new partnerships and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, including key account management and partnership development
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure partner needs are met and optimize their performance
  • Contribute to the company's growth by identifying and convincing international partners to collaborate with us
  • Attend trade shows and events to network and increase company visibility
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or Key Account Management
  • Advanced knowledge of automation technology hardware and software
  • Practical approach, strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a thirst for learning
  • Interest in trends and business models, achieving goals through efficient and strategic methods
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in English and German
