About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Expand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier financial institutions in DACH.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive sales outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities, prioritizing and allocating resources to maximize revenue potential.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a strong background in financial services or a related industry.
  • Deep understanding of the DACH market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex sales opportunities and develop effective strategies to drive growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a focus on results.
