Drive B2B Growth as Senior Account Manager

As a senior account manager at Westwing Home & Living, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2B sales strategy in the DACH region. Your primary goal will be to identify and acquire new customers through strategic sales initiatives and rigorous execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Independently build and grow one of our B2B target customer segments, such as Interior Designers or Property Developers.
  • Strategy Development: Define a customer acquisition and growth strategy, convert it into an actionable plan with clear KPIs, and drive its execution.
  • Process Development: Collaborate with company-wide stakeholders to bring large B2B projects to life and support the setup of required processes.
  • Expertise: Become the company-wide expert for your target customer group.
  • Retention and Upselling: Develop retention and upselling initiatives for your customer segment, integrating them into the overall B2B retention and upselling strategy.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and work to improve customer satisfaction levels.
  • Leadership Support: Participate in discussions with Senior Leadership, prepare key communication materials, and support the Head of B2B and the Group's CEO and Executive Team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in business development and key account management in B2B Furniture, Home & Living, or Lifestyle.
  • Thorough understanding and experience working with one of the target customer segments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality to grow revenue of your customer segments at high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ability to structure and manage complex cross-company projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.
  • Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple topics at once without compromising on quality or speed.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities.
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages advantageous.
