We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Person for the DACH region with a proven, ‘Hunter Mentality’ that has a documented record of growth and quota attainment. Your mission will be to aggressively prospect new customers, develop opportunities and establish long-term relationships with customers and bring deals to closure in the ever changing retail market.
Main duties of the position:
- Lead direct sales business efforts focused on the Retail market for our client
- Exceed the sales plan and business objectives by selling clients products to target companies across DACH
- To establish relationships directly with retailers to develop a clear understanding of the areas of value creation
- Manage regular update calls/meetings and QBRs.
- Identify additional sales opportunities within the Retail market space, supporting and working closely with the internal organisation (DE/NL).
- Promote business externally, including customer meetings, conferences and exhibitions as and when required
- Work internally with associated departments to develop and improve business processes, products, marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the product team to create value proposition and ensure deliverables are met for customers
- Collaborate with (internal/existing business) account managers and lead in strategy for optimization results
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree minimum, completed training or business administration studies (e.g., as sales engineer, business economist)
- At least 5+ years of sales experience to major retailers in Germany
- Technical affinity and enthusiasm for premium products and services
- Technical affinity with IT related products
Pay: Up to 90.000,00€ per year
