Senior Business Development Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Strategic Sales Team at Renesas Electronics. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and design funnel growth for a Strategic Automotive Account.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and design wins for the account.
- Manage the full sales funnel, from opportunity discovery to design win revenue conversion.
- Provide accurate forecasting of customer revenue on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and manage technical resources across multiple Business Units.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to increase market share and grow deeper at customers in the region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer executive leadership, engineering leadership, and individual contributors.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductors, particularly in MCU, SoC, Analog & Power devices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English, with German language skills a plus.
- Proficient in MS-Office and other relevant software applications.
