Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive student to become a vital part of our SAP Labs Munich Team. Your primary focus will be on assisting the Event & Content Creation team at our new SAP Labs Munich Campus, aiming to cultivate and strengthen our community.

In this position, you will be instrumental in promoting a lively and inclusive campus culture that empowers our employees. Key responsibilities include coordinating and supporting various employee initiatives and managing both internal and external events related to campus activities. Your tasks will encompass planning, communication, stakeholder engagement, and providing on-site assistance during events. Additionally, you will aid in internal communications by managing various channels for SAP Labs Munich and contribute to developing a tailored event portfolio for our new campus.

As this role requires physical presence, candidates should be located in Munich or nearby areas.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university
  • Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Communications, Media, Marketing, Social Studies, Event Management, Design, Project Management, or related disciplines.
  • Language proficiency: fluent in English and German
  • Technical skills: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Teams is advantageous, programming skills are not required). Experience with Adobe software and video editing is a plus.
  • Personal attributes: a team player with a proactive approach, self-organized, open-minded, possessing strong communication and project management skills; focused on achieving goals and results while collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Additional experience: prior (work) experience in Event Management, Communication, Project Management, or similar fields; previous internships or working student roles are advantageous.
