Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive student to become a vital part of our SAP Labs Munich Team. In this position, you will contribute significantly to the Event & Content Creation team at our new SAP Labs Munich Campus, aimed at nurturing and enhancing our community.

Your primary objective will be to cultivate a dynamic and inclusive campus atmosphere that empowers our employees. Key responsibilities include coordinating and supporting various employee initiatives, as well as managing both internal and external events related to campus activities. This entails planning, effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and providing on-site assistance during events. Additionally, you will help manage internal communication channels for SAP Labs Munich and assist in developing a tailored event portfolio for our new campus.

As this position requires a physical presence, candidates should ideally be located in Munich or its vicinity.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university.
  • Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Communications, Media, Marketing, Social Sciences, Event Management, Design, Project Management, or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in English and German is essential.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Teams is advantageous, programming skills are not required). Experience with Adobe software and video editing is a plus.
  • Soft skills: A collaborative team player with a proactive approach, excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset when working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in Event Management, Communication, Project Management, or similar roles is preferred; internships or working student positions are advantageous.
