Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive student to become a vital member of our SAP Labs Munich Team. Your primary focus will be on assisting the Event & Content Creation team at our new SAP Labs Munich Campus, aiming to cultivate and enhance our SAP Labs Munich community.

In this position, your goal will be to foster a lively and inclusive campus atmosphere that empowers our employees in Munich. A significant aspect of your role will involve coordinating and supporting various employee initiatives, as well as managing both internal and external events related to campus activities. Your tasks will encompass planning, communication, stakeholder engagement, and providing on-site assistance during events. Additionally, you will aid in internal communications by overseeing various channels for SAP Labs Munich and supporting the development of a specific event portfolio for our new campus.

As this position requires a physical presence, candidates should reside in Munich or the nearby region.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university Preferred fields of study include: Business Administration, Communications, Media, Marketing, Social Sciences, Event Management, Design, Project Management, or related areas. Language proficiency: fluent in English and German Technical skills: proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Teams is advantageous, programming skills are not required). Experience with Adobe software and video editing is a plus. Interpersonal skills: a collaborative team player with a proactive, organized approach, strong communication abilities, and project management skills; focused on achieving goals and results while working with both internal and external stakeholders. Additional experience: prior (work) experience in Event Management, Communication, Project Management, or similar fields; previous internships or working student roles are beneficial.

This initiative leverages our strategic partnership with the Technical University Munich (TUM) and the vibrant ecosystem of global enterprises and startups in Munich, forming Europe's leading technology cluster. SAP Labs Munich will drive research in collaboration with TUM, focusing on the latest technological trends, enhancing SAP's solution offerings, and co-innovating with customers, startups, and partners. Recently integrated into the global SAP Labs Network, we are excited to develop a new office location on the TUM campus.
