Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive student to become a part of our SAP Labs Munich Team. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in supporting the Event & Content Creation team at our new SAP Labs Munich Campus, with the goal of enriching our SAP Labs Munich community.

Your primary mission will involve fostering a lively and inclusive campus environment that empowers our employees. A significant aspect of your responsibilities will include coordinating and assisting with various employee initiatives and managing both internal and external events related to campus activities. This role encompasses planning, communication, stakeholder engagement, and providing on-site support during events. Additionally, you will aid in internal communications by overseeing various channels for SAP Labs Munich and assist in curating a specific event portfolio for our newly established campus.

As this position requires a physical presence, candidates should be located in Munich or its vicinity.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university
  • Preferred fields of study include: Business Administration, Communications, Media, Marketing, Social Sciences, Event Management, Design, Project Management, or related areas.
  • Language proficiency: fluent in English and German
  • Technical skills: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Teams is advantageous, programming skills are not required). Experience with Adobe software and video editing is a plus.
  • Interpersonal skills: a collaborative team player with a proactive approach, self-organized, open-minded, possessing strong communication and project management abilities; focused on achieving goals and results in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Additional experience: prior (work) experience in Event Management, Communication, Project Management, or similar fields; previous internships or roles as a working student are beneficial.

This initiative is supported by a strategic partnership with the Technical University Munich (TUM) and the vibrant ecosystem of global enterprises and startups in Munich, forming Europe's leading technology cluster. SAP Labs Munich will spearhead research in collaboration with TUM, focusing on the latest technological trends, enhancing SAP's solution offerings, and co-innovating with customers, startups, and partners. Recently integrated into the global SAP Labs Network, we are set to develop a new office location on the TUM campus.
