Responsibilities
We seek an enthusiastic and proactive student to become part of our SAP Labs Munich Team in Garching. In this pivotal role, you will support the Event & Content Creation team at our new SAP Labs Munich Campus, aiming to cultivate and enhance our SAP Labs Munich community.
Your primary mission will be to foster a lively and inclusive campus culture that empowers our SAP Munich workforce. A significant aspect of your role will involve coordinating and assisting with various employee initiatives, as well as managing both internal and external events related to our Campus activities. Your duties will encompass planning, communication, stakeholder engagement, and providing on-site support during events. Additionally, you will assist in internal communications by managing various channels for SAP Labs Munich and help develop a tailored event portfolio for the new SAP Labs Munich Campus.
Given that this position requires on-site involvement, candidates should be located in Munich or its vicinity.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university Preferred academic disciplines: Business Administration, Communications, Media, Marketing, Social Sciences, Event Management, Design, Project Management, or related fields. Language proficiency: fluent in English and German Technical skills: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Teams is advantageous, programming skills are not required). Experience with Adobe software and video editing is a plus. Interpersonal skills: team-oriented, hands-on approach, self-motivated, proactive, open-minded, strong communication, and project management abilities; goal-oriented and results-driven when collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Additional experience: prior (work) experience in Event Management, Communication, Project Management, or similar fields; previous internships or working student roles are advantageous.About the Team
We are in the process of establishing SAP Labs Munich as a premier innovation hub in Commerce, Industry 4.0, Sustainability, and New Mobility by leveraging our strategic partnership with the Technical University Munich (TUM) and Munich's vibrant ecosystem of global enterprises and startups, forming Europe's leading technology cluster. SAP Labs Munich will drive research in collaboration with TUM, focusing on the latest technological trends, enhancing SAP's solution offerings, and co-innovating with customers, startups, and partners. Recently integrated into the global SAP Labs Network, we are developing a new SAP office location on the TUM campus. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a highly motivated team dedicated to establishing an innovation hub for SAP.
