Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive student to become a vital member of our SAP Labs Munich Team in Garching. In this position, you will significantly contribute to our Event & Content Creation team at the new SAP Labs Munich Campus, aimed at developing and enriching our SAP Labs Munich community.
Your primary objective will be to foster a lively and inclusive campus environment that empowers our SAP Munich workforce. A key aspect of your role will involve coordinating and supporting various employee initiatives, along with managing both internal and external events related to our Campus activities. Your duties will encompass planning, communication, stakeholder engagement, and providing on-site assistance during events. Additionally, you will aid in internal communications by overseeing various channels for SAP Labs Munich and support the development of a specific event portfolio for the new SAP Labs Munich Campus.
Given that this role necessitates on-site involvement, candidates should be located in Munich or the nearby region.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university Preferred fields of study include: Business Administration, Communications, Media, Marketing, Social Sciences, Event Management, Design, Project Management, or related disciplines. Language proficiency: fluent in English and German Technical skills: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Teams is advantageous, programming skills are not required). Experience with Adobe software and video editing capabilities are a plus. Interpersonal skills: a collaborative team player with a proactive approach, self-organized, open-minded, effective communicator, and adept in project management; focused on achieving goals and results while working with internal and external stakeholders. Additional experience: prior (work) experience in Event Management, Communication, Project Management, or similar fields; previous internships or roles as a working student would be beneficial.About Your Team
We are in the process of establishing SAP Labs Munich as a premier innovation hub in Commerce, Industry 4.0, Sustainability, and New Mobility by leveraging our strategic partnership with the Technical University Munich (TUM) and the unique ecosystem of global enterprises and startups in Munich, forming Europe's leading technology cluster. SAP Labs Munich will spearhead research in collaboration with TUM on the latest technological trends, enhance SAP's solution offerings, and engage in co-innovation with customers, startups, and partners. Recently integrated into the global SAP Labs Network, we are building a new SAP office location on the TUM campus. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a highly motivated team dedicated to establishing an innovation hub for SAP.
