Global Sales Operations Director

The Global Sales Operations Director will collaborate with the country leadership to oversee all facets of product deployment and upkeep as we broaden our market presence.

The ideal candidate will cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, host partners, technology and product management teams, as well as the local business development unit.

Key Responsibilities
The Global Sales Operations Director will:
  • Oversee the comprehensive installation and maintenance workflow for Pickup and Return Points.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous enhancement in installation and maintenance operations, alongside cost efficiency measures.
  • Evaluate the performance of service providers, including installation and maintenance partners, and internet service providers, addressing issues as necessary.
  • Engage in strategic initiatives, encompassing new product and feature rollouts, process enhancements, and geographic growth.
  • Collaborate with global Partner Operations Program Managers to innovate for the business and establish best practices.
  • Provide updates on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and projects to senior management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • A degree in engineering or a related field, as the role necessitates technical expertise.
  • Proven experience in risk assessment and decision-making based on evaluations.
  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis.
  • Proficient in technology, with a quick learning curve for new systems.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Background in program or operations management, particularly with hardware and software products.
  • Experience managing third-party resources on a national level.
  • Familiarity with SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification.
