Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Sales and Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new customers.
  • Supply Chain and Operations
    • Oversee the planning and execution of supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and supply chain activities.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve sales and operational goals.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Coach and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
    • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure sales and operational performance.
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on sales and operational performance.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address gaps.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations leadership roles.
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
    • Strong experience in supply chain management, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and supply chain operations.
