Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Sales and Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new customers.
- Supply Chain and Operations
- Oversee the planning and execution of supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and supply chain activities.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Develop and track key performance metrics to measure sales and operational performance.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on sales and operational performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address gaps.
Requirements
- Education
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong experience in supply chain management, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
- Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and supply chain operations.
