Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquisition and management of new clients, including care services.
  • Preparation of proposals and execution of contract agreements.
  • Maintenance of existing client relationships and comprehensive after-sales support.
  • Engagement in upselling and cross-selling initiatives with current clients.
  • Representation at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Client re-engagement strategies.
  • Collaboration with sales management to enhance operational processes.

Candidate Profile:
  • Professional experience in the healthcare sector and B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with care services, outpatient providers, nursing homes, or senior care facilities as clients.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity.
  • High level of service orientation.
  • Fluent in German, with excellent negotiation skills.
