To enhance their growth trajectory in Central Europe, our client seeks a Sales Executive (m/f/d) for the DACH Region, based in Germany.

Your contributions in this position:

  • Engage in Value / Solution Selling by pinpointing and addressing issues vital to the clients' strategic and operational achievements.
  • Promote AI-driven consulting services that empower clients to boost productivity.
  • Oversee and cultivate existing client relationships through solution upselling.
  • Acquire new clients by navigating and managing intricate sales cycles within designated Target Accounts.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners, ecosystems, and internal teams to optimally serve the customer.
  • Comprehend the competitive landscape and client requirements to effectively position the consultancy's offerings.
  • Work closely with the business development team to utilize prospect narratives and formulate a compelling value proposition for specific accounts.
  • Establish clear objectives and maintain precise forecasting by developing a comprehensive territory plan.
  • Communicate with various engagement teams to uncover new opportunities.

Your qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in selling consulting services with top-tier consulting or IT service firms.
  • Preferably experienced in selling Advisory Services, Benchmarking Solutions, or Transformational Consulting Services.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies within targeted sectors and organizations.
  • Proven ability to effectively generate new business.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong project leadership capabilities.
