Position Overview

We are expanding our sales team and seeking committed professionals for the role of Account Manager Consumables. This position will cover various regions, including:

  • Berlin and parts of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
  • Berlin to Saxony
  • North Bavaria (Nuremberg-Regensburg-Ingolstadt)

This is a full-time role requiring travel commitments of approximately 50-60% for daily assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell consumables related to endoscopy to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Generate and manage leads effectively.
  • Develop and maintain sales relationships, including local key account management for both capital and consumer goods.
  • Meet sales objectives and provide regular KPI reports.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to contribute to marketing and business strategy development.
  • Formulate strategic and operational business plans and forecasts, including the sale of the software solution 'CANEXIS' and the Endoscope Repair Service (ERS).
  • Maintain customer data within the CRM system.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed business studies or commercial training, or training in healthcare/nursing.
  • Several years of experience in sales of Healthcare Consumables, with a preference for experience in endoscopy product sales.
  • Additional training as a Medical Device Consultant is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, along with a confident and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
