Position Overview

We are expanding our team and seeking motivated professionals to join us as Account Managers for Consumables in various regions.

Regions Covered:

  • Berlin and parts of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
  • Berlin to Saxony
  • North Bavaria (Nuremberg-Regensburg-Ingolstadt)

Job Type: Full-time

Travel Requirements: 50-60% (daily assignments)

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell consumables related to endoscopy to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify and manage leads effectively.
  • Build and nurture sales relationships, including local key account management for both capital and consumer goods.
  • Meet sales objectives and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to contribute to marketing and business strategy development.
  • Develop strategic and operational business plans and forecasts, including sales of the software solution 'CANEXIS' and the Endoscope Repair Service (ERS).
  • Maintain customer data within the CRM system.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed business studies or relevant commercial training, or training in healthcare/nursing.
  • Several years of experience in sales of healthcare consumables, with a preference for candidates with endoscopy product sales experience.
  • Additional training as a Medical Device Consultant is advantageous.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, along with a confident and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
