We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for expansion
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business growth strategies
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital agency
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Expertise in Digital/Performance Marketing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office
